Key Responsibilities

  • Approach potential new customers and propose Digital Transformation engagements aligned with the customer’s business strategy to identify potential leads
  • Assess every New opportunity and define key elements such as: account details, estimated budget and closure date, probability.
  • Develop New Opportunities by continuously following up with the customer requirements and needs
  • Technical sales – dealing with a wide range of enquiries and providing optimum solutions for individual requirements via telephone and face to face
  • Preparation of quotes
  • Qualification of leads
  • Providing feedback on customer trends and requirements
  • Work towards closing the New Opportunities successfully while building a trust-based relationship with customers
  • Follow the projects execution by coordinating with the PMO and Delivery Teams to achieve successful projects delivery and meet the right profit margins for delivered solutions
  • An input into the sales strategy
  • Account Management

Candidate Profile

  • A proven track record selling IT products or digital solutions in a business-to-business environment, or a good solid track record in another sector
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Customer service experience via email, telephone and face to face are essential
  • Proactive, dedicated and self motivated attitude
  • Able to converse clearly and concisely over the phone
  • Appears confident and assertive, but not aggressive in all internal/external dealings
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions which meet these needs across their organization as a whole
  • Technical aptitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Clear demonstration of an interest in Digital Internet technologies

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • At least five (5) years of industry sales experience
  • One to three years of management experience
  • Strategic leadership ability
